Cape Jumeirah reimagines coastal living through a masterfully layered environment that blends nature, tradition, and contemporary refinement. Set on Dubai’s iconic La Mer South Peninsula, this visionary development offers a curated journey of unscripted, immersive experiences designed to transcend materialism and connect guests and residents with the land, sea, and sky.
The master plan comprises a diverse mix of luxury hospitality and residential offerings seamlessly integrated into a sculpted landscape.
The development includes a boutique cliffside hotel, private beachfront and jetty villas, and expansive multi-bedroom residences — each crafted to harmonize with the site’s natural topography and panoramic views.
Signature features include:
-
Iconic hotel units and villas nestled along cliffs and beaches
-
A subterranean spa and wellness program built into the hillside
-
A vibrant collection of F&B destinations, including the Skyline and Jetty Restaurants
-
A resident experience centered on holistic wellness, privacy, and coastal serenity
Sustainability is embedded throughout, with strategies for solar optimization, natural ventilation, thermal massing, and water reclamation. Materials like fine-grain terrazzo, regional stone, and carved garden walls lend a sense of timeless craftsmanship.
As part of the architectural team at Labit Group, I was responsible for:

Cape Jumeirah is more than a development—it’s a destination defined by texture, culture, and the ephemeral beauty of place.
